Dear Value Customers, ACW Distribution Singapore Pte Ltd and GrandTech Systems Singapore Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of GrandTech C. G Systems Inc. (public listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange, Code 6123) announced that with effect from May 10, 2011, both companies had entered into collaboration through a swap of asset. The IT Product Distribution Business Unit of ACW Distribution Singapore Pte Ltd will merge with GrandTech Systems Singapore Pte Ltd for a stake in GrandTech Systems Singapore Pte Ltd.  Moving forward, ACW Distribution South East Asia will focus on Cloud Applications Development and Mobile Internet Services whilst GrandTech South East Asia will focus on Professional Graphics and Enterprise Network Security Value Added Distribution Business. Both companies will strive to expand in South East Asia through enhancing new products & services, as well as seeking out new merging & acquisition opportunities. Mr. Chan Kok Lim, Managing Director of ACW Singapore South East Asia is also appointed as the Managing Director of GrandTech South East Asia.
